I have been busy busy as I get ready to launch inTANsified and also get refocused into my Younique business. I'm rolling up on month two comparison pics for my fitness competition and I'm anxious to see if there is much improvement since my last pics.
The workouts are going great and my mind set is determined....but F*CK!!! Why oh why am I STILL battling sugar cravings. Mornings and afternoon is cake (mmmmm cake.....ugh see??) but then dinner rolls around and what use to be mine and Scott's dessert time and all I want is PIZZA! BREADSTICKS! COOKIE DOUGH ICE CREAM!!! I've been good. Eating my prepped meals. But man, it sucks cooking dinner for the monkeys. Mac and Cheese never looked so good. I chatted with my friend Arelene today and she also struggled with the diet. It's nice to know I'm not alone in this.
This will pass peeps. I WILL get beyond these cravings. I just didn't realize how much I love junk foods until these last couple of months.....
I refuse to be a falling stool. I've got all three of these down....I'm just struggling with one. I'm not exactly looking for weight loss either, more of replacing the body fat with muscle...and for the record I'm getting better at avoiding the scale!!
This blog kind of sucks as I am distracted by the Master Chef finale. Yes, Scott and I enjoy torturing ourselves with delicious cooking shows!!!!
So I will leave you with this tip before I go.......
