Haha So, this is a Muscles AND MASCARA blog, which means I will also be sharing what's going on in my YOUnique world. The first of the month is busy for me. I like to share my monthly goals with my team and hear theirs as well. I post what the Customer Kudos of the month is and also encourage booking online parties and joining my team. If you're in direct sales and want to level up with a company than you already know the importance of starting your month off strong. You have sales goals to reach and if you just sit around waiting for it to happen...well, don't be disappointed when you don't reach your goals! Last month I reached my goal in 17 days.... INSANE! My goal was to reach it before the end of the month! Of course that raised the bar even higher for myself as I want to reach and surpass that goal even quicker and level up AGAIN! I love this company. At any level, you are getting PAID! When finances are getting a little tight for the month, I know I can get out there and sell a few mascaras and have my commission within a couple hours paid directly to my Younique Visa debit card.
Competing in the bikini fitness competition can get expensive....and Younique is going to cover all of it and still leave money to pay the bills. Who knew slingin' mascara could pay so well!!!? That's not even the best of it!! Receiving messages and pictures daily from customers is priceless!! Women of all ages rocking those selfies because Younique is making them feel confident!! Knowing I helped with that is awesome!! So, if we're friends on Facebook (and if we're not, add me!) than you know why the first of the month may be a Younique overload of post! I can't help it! This is how my July closed. My team tripled since June and sales went up $6,000!! I leveled up to Blue, which is my 3rd promotion in three months! Not to mention the bonus I received as well!! The sky is the limit with this company and I plan to take my team to the TOP! With only 67k Presenters world wide (this includes Canada, New Zealand and Australia!) there is soooo much opportunity out there!! Ready to join? I'm always here to answer questions!

To finish out this post.... DAY TWO of training went well! I think my body is going through a sugar detox....I've been battling a headache and been a bit blah. But, I'm pushing through and did better with my water intake today!! I didn't notice any physical changes in my appearance yet...haha what?? Too soon?? Okay, okay...I get impatient and anxious!!
Another day....another dollar and another step closer to walking on stage....
