Oh happy day!!

I decided Sunday would be my cheat MEAL day from the beginning, but I had also decided I wanted to go my first week or two with no cheat meal as my body (and brain!) adjusted to this new healthy eating lifestyle. I love Sunday because I don't work, my big kids come home from being at their dads for a couple days and Scott is done working at 4pm. Perfect day to have a cheat dinner!! Soooooo, I decided that I didn't think I wanted to wait a full week (no way two weeks!) for my cheat meal. I've done good (shhhh about the Cheerio binge!) and wanted a fun dinner with my family. So we went around 5pm to Central Coast Pizza. I didn't go nuts....salad with no dressing, two breadsticks and a small slice of pizza, washed down with water. I could've easily ordered another order of breadsticks!!
Got my grocery shopping done for the week. I made bison and asparagus last night for dinner. I never had bison before. I liked it! I bought more today, but why is it so expensive! It is actually cheaper at the grocery store than Trader Joes. Any one have a suggestion on where else in this area I can get it?? At Target and the grocery store I ran into numerous people that mentioned my competing and that they are following my blog and excited for me. It's freakin' awesome!! Not to mention the love and support Scott gives me on my FB page and in person daily.... I can't wait to look into the audience and see his proud face looking at me!!
I am not a mushy gushy person, but the positive feedback is truly awesome. Plus I'm feeling pretty good. Got on the scale at the gym today and in a week I dropped five pounds. I text Scott right away and asked him if this was possible!? He explained to me about water weight and not having any sugar and how yes, that is definitely possible! Crazy!
If only I could get on a better sleep schedule.... :/
