When the going gets tough, there's always hope.

Yesterday was rough. Big changes were going to be made and life was going to change. Luckily sleeping on something and laying with your thoughts, can help you think more clearly and be less dramatic. It can help you from making drastic decisions. Sometimes you just have to fight for what you f**cking love and find a way to make it through tough times. And that's what is happening. There is always hope, faith and love. If you can hold onto those, you can make it through anything.
Overall this day was much better than yesterday. It started off a bit emotional...still unsure of what was going to happen. But as the day progressed it got better. After work the whole family took a walk to our new library and the kids got their new library cards, a couple books and the librarian hooked them up with some library swag!!
We decided to take the kiddos to the movies and watch Guardians of the Galaxy. Scotts mom was able to come and watch the baby last minute for us. The movie was awesome! We all enjoyed it!! But....this day will NOT be going in the books for my competition. I did good up until the movie....we're just going to leave it at that!
Life is crazy. One minute it's feels like it's falling apart and the next minute things are just as they should be. It's a roller coaster... but all you can do is hang on through the ups and downs. And never give up on HOPE.
This is a gift a fabulous, amazing friend brought to me at work... She is truly a blessing in my life and it was just what I needed to stay positive and not give up.
