Celebrating the beautiful bride to be! (next to me in the white)
Following the shower, Scott and I dropped the beasty baby off with my sister and headed to a wedding. What a beautiful venue in San Luis Obispo! White lights everywhere... It was truly a wonderful day celebrating LOVE!
Scott and his childhood friend Nate.

All these pre-wedding and wedding festivities kind of make me want to do it.... Yes, Scott and I have talked marriage and he has a vision of a big beautiful wedding ceremony and the party of the year after.... I was thinking more along the lines of Vegas haha! I'm feeling a bit sentimental at this time.... Shall I start that Pinterest Wedding Board babe?! Haha I think quite awhile ago I did start a Disney Wedding Board... I can't remember.
On to today, Sunday. I got up early and went to Give because I covered the front desk 10-4 today. There really was no rhyme or reason to my workout (well, of course there was a reason, get strong, duh) and I just did a bit of everything. Worked on my cleans, squats, sit-ups, wall balls, lunges, over head press, toes to bar (scaled version) and did some mobility. I didn't go heavy but really concentrated on form. I was sweating and it felt good overall. Ready for another week of intense workouts!
It's not work when you enjoy being there! Oh and for those of you that think I don't smile big enough, I don't like my smile with teeth unless it's from a distance!
Food journal. The only part of my blog that I dread...
Saturday just isn't going to be logged at all. I ate delicious homemade food and treats at the Bridal Shower and then Tri-tip, beans and veggies at the wedding. Followed by some delicious desserts from the Dessert Bar. There was no cake. Just tables and tables full of delicious cookies, candies, and chocolates...and you could fill up a Sweets bag....and I did. And it was amazing.
Sunday was suppose to be the start of cleaning up the diet. We've decided to push that off until tomorrow....
10AM Banana and 1 String Cheese
Noon Black Cherry Greek Yogurt
1:30pm 1 C. pasta salad (was pretty gross with basil or something from the Vons Deli)
5pm Green Salad (with mushrooms, baby corn and beets) and 2 bread sticks.
And soon I will be indulging in my FINAL Cherry Garcia dessert (insert crying emoji)
Just under one gallon of water consumed throughout the day.
Are you impressed? Haha I know, I know, its completely awful. Life would be so much easier if I could purchase pre-prepped meals all the time. (No, NOT frozen TV dinners!)
I hope everyone is off to a great start to their week!
If you want a booty like this, then you need to SQUAT! :)
