Oh what?! Daily blog coming up!

So, here's the official Day 1 of what I hope to be my daily blog. The big kids were at school and then went to their dads and Cruz was hanging out with his Glammie, so after work at Give I was home alone for a bit. I had no idea what to do with myself! I ended up just laying on the bed and soaking in being lazy. It was awesome, and then Scott came home and we had a chance to chat in peace! We then went to the gym... It was hard to get motivated after lounging around, but we had a squat day and it was good! I really wanted to work on form and getting loooooow and I did. It wasn't easy, but looking so much better! Now to just start being able to add more weight! 
This is actually a shot that I took from a video Scott took today. I want to start watching my form in pictures and videos to see where I need work. This is the lowest I've been able to go since starting this whole journey over a year ago, but in order to do this I have to start light again. 
Thursday's is one of my workout days that I am unable to make it into ACF because of my schedule, so I completed a WOD that Cori found for me (my CF buddy couldn't workout with me today either, bummer!) and let me tell you, I have yet to complete a WOD that I can say "well, that wasn't so bad!" at the end! 

EMOM 18 minutes 
5 deadlifts
10 burpees 
15 KB swings 

If you're not a math genius, that equals 6 rounds of each.... 30 deadlifts (which was the easiest of them all!) 60 burpees and 90 KB swings! Holy burpees batman! Yuck! I wanted to quit at 10 minutes, but I powered through! 

To end this blog/journal, my food consumption of the day. Now, at this time I am not tracking, meal prepping, counting calories/macros.....I'm just eating...
8:30am banana 
10:30am two hard boiled eggs (pinch of salt for taste)
11:30am Greek Yogurt 
1:30pm two handfuls Multigrain Cheerios
2:45pm whey protein shake with a banana and peanut butter. 
5:30pm green salad, two garlic breadstick twists 
1 gallon of water (throughout the day). 

Don't judge haha
