This is actually a shot that I took from a video Scott took today. I want to start watching my form in pictures and videos to see where I need work. This is the lowest I've been able to go since starting this whole journey over a year ago, but in order to do this I have to start light again.
Thursday's is one of my workout days that I am unable to make it into ACF because of my schedule, so I completed a WOD that Cori found for me (my CF buddy couldn't workout with me today either, bummer!) and let me tell you, I have yet to complete a WOD that I can say "well, that wasn't so bad!" at the end!
EMOM 18 minutes
5 deadlifts
10 burpees
15 KB swings
If you're not a math genius, that equals 6 rounds of each.... 30 deadlifts (which was the easiest of them all!) 60 burpees and 90 KB swings! Holy burpees batman! Yuck! I wanted to quit at 10 minutes, but I powered through!
To end this blog/journal, my food consumption of the day. Now, at this time I am not tracking, meal prepping, counting calories/macros.....I'm just eating...
8:30am banana
10:30am two hard boiled eggs (pinch of salt for taste)
11:30am Greek Yogurt
1:30pm two handfuls Multigrain Cheerios
2:45pm whey protein shake with a banana and peanut butter.
5:30pm green salad, two garlic breadstick twists
1 gallon of water (throughout the day).
Don't judge haha
Day 1 complete!
