Meal Plan has arrived!!

For some reason I had decided that my training wasn't going to start until my personalized meal plan was completed by Amie. Part of me was anxious for it to be ready so I could start my training immediately and part of me was thinking..."oh, no rush....I'm just going to have this last bag of Starburst minis....and just ONE more pint of Ben and Jerry's....double stuff Oreos..." but alas, the meal plan arrived in my email yesterday! Thanks Amie! She also text me with my workout plan for right now. Tomorrow is grocery shopping day and Thursday is THE DAY. I thought about starting on Friday the 1st...makes sense right? But I realize, I'm just making excuses so I can continue to shovel Oreos down my throat. This is IT. No more junky foods for months and months and months.... I've told everyone this will probably be the toughest challenge for me (besides getting on stage...that's a puke bucket waiting to happen)! I love food. And I love food at all hours, except I'm not a morning eater. I can be up for hours before I even think to eat and drink anything. Eating early in the morning and having to consume two meals by the time I'd even be thinking of my first meal is going to be an adjustment. Drinking up to two gallons of water a DAY? Some days I barely make it through one water bottle... Amie and Scott have both told me, my body will adjust. Soon I won't have to watch the time to make sure I get my meals in, but my body will let me know. We shall see.... Despite it all, I am EXCITED! Excited to do something I never thought I would and could ever do. Excited to better myself, physically and mentally. Excited to make Scott and my kids proud. Excited to make Amie proud. Excited to make my supporters proud. Excited to inspire others moms in their mid 30's and up, that we too can be fit, strong and sexy. Having four children, two, six or just one, shouldn't ever stop you from doing something that makes you feel good about yourself.
 
Sooooo....with that said.....just two days left before hardcore training begins....time to make my final meals count!! ;)
