So, this is just a quick update! You may have noticed that my blog, Facebook business/fitness page and Instagram name has changed.. Lashes has been removed and replaced with AMMUNITION. Nooooo I have not suddenly taken up a love for firearms, but now focusing more on the fuel that is needed in my body to live a healthier lifestyle and lose some pounds. My "ammunition" to kick ass!! My fuel, my energy....whatever other words you might want to use. It's also my happy place. Besides being with my family or being at Disneyland, FOOD makes me happy. I am in NO way giving up my Ben and Jerrys and pizza, but for the next eight weeks, they will pretty much be non-existent in my daily menu. Scott and I not only have eight weeks of our 12 week challenge yet, but I've also set a personal goal to reach with my PT over the next eight weeks as well. I'm excited, but nervous. We all know, my struggle with junk food is real. It's been almost a year now that I had originally set the date for my first fitness competition. That date came and went and I'm pretty sure I'm heavier now then I was a year ago. Some muscle gainz yes, as well as some chub gainz.
That's what is going on here. Life has been crazy. I'm pretty sure ya'll know what the rest of my name means. Tan is for my business, inTANsified Mobile Air Brush Tanning and LIFT, well duh. It's my favorite thing to do. Forgot to add, out with the "lashes" part because I am no longer a Younique rep, selling the 3D Fiber Mascara. I'm so busy with tanning, running Kid Care, and life, that it took a back burner. So, that's that.
