CrossFit. I <3 you.

Okay, I'm two days behind my daily blog. Going to put yesterday and the day before out real quick before I forget everything. Then I will be caught up for tonight's blog....
Let me think.... So day before yesterday was Tuesday. If you're on my FB you know that was a challenging WOD for me! 


I don't think my daily food intake that day was much better then the previous day's except for dinner. Scott barbecued some chicken, cooked some brown rice and corn from a Talley Farms box. It was delicious! I did also try this healthy baby food for adults stuff that Cori brought me! At first I thought "blech!" but it actually got better as I continued to eat it. 
 Oh, and I only did one workout that day as I was saving myself for the running. 
Yesterday I got up and did the 5:30am WOD. Although Cori wasn't there, it was fun to have my other beasty friend there Heather! Especially because we got to do a lot of partner work! It was probably my favorite WOD so far! 
I was feeling pretty sore before this workout and by mid afternoon I also gained a pretty awesome headache, soooo I skipped the second workout that day as well. I ended up sleeping really well that night and woke up today feeling refreshed and ready to bring on more workouts. My food intake was so-so until dinner time. We went to Plutos in Slo, I had a delicious salad with steak and a side of mashed potatoes (mashed potatoes and gravy is one of my absolute favorites and this place has the BEST!). If you eat at Plutos you HAVE to go next door after and have Teaberry, (a frozen gelato place) it's tradition, just ask Brian and Cori haha! 
Sooooo..... I think I'm caught up for tonights blog. 
I downloaded this App called MyWOD which is pretty cool. It streams with the ACF website and helps me record all my WODs and progress. I just tried to get all caught up with the WODs I have completed.
