Deadlifts. Squats and a Baby Hulk.

So much for staying on track! This is last night blog and hopefully tonight I will get up today's blog! Yesterday was Thursday and one of my off days from CrossFit. Scott leaves at 5:30am which is the first WOD of the day and then my evenings are full of tanning appointments. 
It's not a total off day though! Scott and I still got in our workout at Give. It was a deadlift day and with all my amazing strong friends hitting PR's, I was inspired to try and go for one also! I got Cori to come along with us! My last PR a few weeks ago was 175# so I attempted 185#. I couldn't get it. Sooooo I went 180# and was able to grind it out! Cori went 190# and got it easy. She'll be in the 200# club very soon! 
After we hit our deadlift PR's Cori and I moved on to front squats while Scott continues to deadlift. I was able to up my front squat weight, but I still need to work on form. Like always! 
Whoa. I never realized how wide I am! Baby got back..... More reason to start watching the diet a bit more carefully! 
Here's my love and I. In case you haven't seen any pictures of us in the gym together lately! We are still doing our thing together! Yes, he's looking quite manly holding Cruz's blankie! Haha! It was a super fun workout! I love having the option to change it up whenever I feel like it! 
My two middle kiddos were with their Dad for the night so we took Trey and Cruz out to dinner. I admit, I indulged in chips and guacamole....it tasted amazing! I could've just not even bothered ordering a meal and just eaten guac for dinner! Food was bad all day. Chex mix in the car in between tanning appointments.... Hagen Daaz for dessert.... I've got to get this under control!
