More squats, abs and a birthday party!

Just a quickie! 

Yesterday's ACF WOD was INTENSE! I LOVED it! (And there was no running involved in it OR the warm up! Yessss!) 


Today was a no ACF day, but Scott and I did work at Give! He did straight heavy squatting the whole time and I did squat sets rotated with sit-ups. I'm still not going too heavy (just 65#) but really concentrating on good (and getting low!) form! 


New shirts at Give Fitness! These are bad ass and YOU can own one too! Not only are they amazing looking but also super comfy AND I can wear it as part of my work "uniform"! Compression pants, chucks and THIS awesome shirt to work in? Yes please! 

Took the kiddos to a birthday party at the park today. Happy 5th Birthday Irelynn! 


I'm not talking food today. Although I'm finding a liking for those Fuel for Fire pouches....but apparently I can't just eat those as "prepped meals". Bummer. It could make life so much easier. Monday. Monday is it. If I said that last week, I meant this week. Ya....it's going to be go time. On Monday.
