Does this get easier?? I was struggling to get my numbers right and ended up having the shittiest dinner ever. But it was within my numbers, so I did something right? When I decided to start macro counting, I had something like this in mind...
Clearly, I have some learning to do before I can get to this point. I prepped my breakfast, but not being a breakfast eater, it took me over 30 minutes to force myself to eat it. I'll lessen the breakfast meal tomorrow. I was advised to log my meals for the next day and start with dinner and then fill in the rest. Going to try that.
In the meantime, my workouts were good. No CrossFit today. They had a big WOD at 10am for the holiday but I was working. I went in to Give this morning and ran a few laps and then did a bunch of wall balls. Then in the afternoon I ran a couple laps again and then hit legs with Scott. It feels good to be doing the same workouts together again. We are figuring out what we enjoy and what works for us. Really trying to get better at running so I won't be so intimidated by it when it shows up on a WOD.
